St George Illawarra have tabled their offer to get the Tigers star out of the club, whilst the latter have upped their offer from one-year to two.
But the financial difference between what the Tigers are offering compared to the Saints could see Doueihi walk, and Michael Chammas believes the club have low-balled their star.
